Tuition charges are based on the number of courses and the number of supervisions taken during that academic year.
  • Course - $850 (12 required courses)
  • Supervision - $1350 (each semester)
  • Live Supervision - $850 (once during the training period)
  • Process & Theology I & II - No charge
  • Intensives - No charge for interns, $25 charge for Continuing Education Credits Certificate
  • Intensives - $115 for outside mental health professionals
  • Application Fee - $50

Tuition Discounts
  • 10% discount for full time students
  • 20% discount for students in the Clergy Track

Deposit
Upon acceptance, applicants are required to make a non refundable deposit as follows:

  • Full-time Interns: $1000.00
  • Part-time Interns: 1 Unit $250.00, 2 Units $500.00

At the time of registration for courses and supervision the deposit will be applied to tuition costs.

Payment of Tuition
Tuition is paid on a trimester basis and is due by the beginning of each trimester.

Tuition Refund Policy

  • Course dropped before the start of the course : 100% Refund
  • Course dropped within first 2 weeks of the course : 50% Refund
  • Course dropped between 2nd and 4th weeks of course : 25% Refund
  • Course dropped after 4th week of course : No Refund

Courses dropped due to extenuating circumstances may qualify for modification of the refund policy based on the discretion of the Director of the program.

Financial Aid
Limited financial aid is available. If you would like an Application for financial aid, please contact the academic administrator, Shirley Jacoby. Please submit the completed Application along with the deposit and signed acceptance letter.
