Dr.
Madison is a staff therapist at Council for Relationships in the
Bryn Mawr and Paoli offices. She earned an M.S. degree in Counseling
Education at St. John’s University. She received a Doctorate
degree from Union Institute and University, School of Professional
Psychology. Her prior training was at Council for Relationships
and the clinical experience focused on Marriage, Family and Sex
Therapy. Her post-doc internship at VisionQuest allowed her to
be involved with a program sensitive to the cultural needs of
high-risk adolescent males and their families in the Philadelphia
area.
She is a clinical member of AAMFT, maintains a professional affiliation with Pennsylvania Psychological Association. She has co-facilitated graduate counseling courses and workshops at Philadelphia Biblical University.
Her specific areas of interest include: individuals, couples and marital therapy, premarital counseling, family intervention, interracial relationships, grief and loss, spiritual guidance and honoring differences.
