Diane Logan Thompson, PhD received a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University, an MS in Child Development and a PhD in Child and Family Development and Social Psychology from the University of Georgia. She also completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Marriage Council of Philadelphia (now CFR). She held faculty appointments at Harvard University, the University of Nebraska and the University of Iowa. Currently, she is an adjunct assistant professor in the Couples and Family Therapy Masters Program at Thomas Jefferson University.
Diane is a licensed clinical psychologist, a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a clinical member and approved supervisor of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been on the clinical staff of CFR for 20 years, working with individuals and couples on issues such as depression, anxiety, communication and problem solving skills,infidelity, relapse prevention and sexual dysfunction.
