Sarah DeMichele, MD

Dr. Sarah DeMichele specializes in medication management of a wide spectrum of psychiatric and psychological conditions. She treats mood disorders, including depression and bipolar illness, anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, PTSD, OCD, social anxiety), treatment resistant conditions and complex psychiatric/medical conditions. She offers consultations and ongoing medication management in CFR's University City and Center City offices.

Dr. DeMichele received her undergraduate degree from Brandeis University, and graduated from Hahnemann University School of Medicine. She completed a psychiatry residency and chief residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), and is currently on the teaching faculty there. Dr. DeMichele came to CFR in 2008 from Penn's Department of Psychiatry, with 10 years of experience in psychopharmacologic management and 5 years of administrative responsibility for outpatient services.
