Irina Baranov

Irina is a professional life coach who is passionate about helping people create their most fulfilling and satisfying lives.  She loves helping people fine-tune their vision and redesign themselves, in small and large ways, to meet their personal and professional goals.  She helps clients leave preconceived notions behind and design a life that delights and fulfills.

Her style is one of deep commitment, consistent encouragement, irreverent fun and probing curiosity to help uncover her clients’ natural gifts.  She enjoys working with people who are dedicated to knowing themselves better, being authentic and remaining open to change.  She’s best able to help those who are committed to the coaching experience, invested in reaching their goals and want a dynamic guide on their journey.

In working with her clients, Irina combines her educational, professional and personal background with her enthusiasm for her clients’ growth and fulfillment.  She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, is a graduate of the world-renowned Coach Training Institute (CTI), and is a seasoned Marketing/Communications Director in addition to being a Life Coach.  She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and two children.

Coaching sessions are held in person in CFR offices, as well as via telephone.  Long-distance and international clients welcome.
