Council for Relationships at Avenue of the Arts is located on the east side of Broad Street, at 315 South Broad Street, located between Spruce and Pine Streets, and across the street from the Kimmel Center and the University of the Arts.

Directions via SEPTA

• From any of the Regional Lines:
  Disembark at Suburban Station (located at 16th & JFK Blvd.) and walk 1 block east towards City Hall. From City Hall, walk the 5 blocks south down Broad Street until you reach Council for Relationships at Avenue of the Arts.
• From the Market Frankford Elevated train or Green Line Trolleys:
  Stay on the El or Trolley until you have reached the 15th Street/ City Hall stop. Here you may do one of two things:
  1. Disembark the El (or trolley), and transfer to the Broad Street Subway, heading south
  
  OR
  
  2. Disembark from the El (or trolley), and walk up to the surface. Then walk the 5 blocks south on Broad Street to Council for Relationships at Avenue of the Arts.
• From the Southbound Broad Street Subway:
  Disembark at the Walnut/Locust Street stop, and then proceed to the street surface. From there, walk two blocks south to Council for Relationships at Avenue of the Arts.
• From the Northbound Broad Street Subway:
  Disembark at the South/Lombard Street stop, and then proceed to the street surface. From there, walk two blocks north toCouncil for Relationships at Avenue of the Arts.
• Bus Line C:
  Disembark at either Spruce or Pine Streets, which Council for Relationships at Avenue of the Arts is found between.

Directions via Car

• From I-95:
  Take the Vine Street Expressway (676) and exit at the Broad Street Exit. Turn South on Broad Street and follow around City Hall. The church is between Spruce and Pine Streets on the East side of Broad Street. The address is 315 S. Broad St.
• From the Schuylkill Expressway (76):
  Enter the Vine Street Expressway (676) and take the Broad Street Exit. Turn South on Broad Street and follow around City Hall. The church is between Spruce and Pine Streets on the East side of Broad Street. The address is 315 S. Broad St.
